ABOUT US - We're Colin and Margaret Monckton and we live in Nottinghamshire.
We had had family links to South Devon almost all our life. Colin went to school in Exeter and has lived on Dartmoor previously. We have parents that live locally in Torquay and Totnes and have spent may happy holiday in various parts of South Devon as a family with our two children. Our family and friends often join us in Dartmouth to spend time together with us.
We are happy to discuss bookings directly with you, and always happy to pass on our own recommendations for anything local. We also use an excellent local agency Coast and Country Cottages - we choose them because the care about our guests, they have an office in Dartmouth and they specialise in the South Devon area exclusively and therefore have excellent local knowledge.
Not only do we own Harbour Heights, but we holiday there too. We love it very much and we cherish the time there where we can escape and enjoy sitting on the deck in seclusion and watch the boats go by and enjoy the amazing views - we never tire of them.
Our passion is spending quality family time together with our children, friends and family, including our two dogs Oscar, a springer spaniel, and Alfie a cavapoo. We therefore like to think that we have made Harbour Heights feel like a home from home and it is equipped to a high standard accordingly so we and you can enjoy the place to its full potential.
We hope you will fall in love with Harbour Heights and Dartmouth.
